Terms & Conditions

When you submit your application to Joy Visa Consultancy, you enter into the contract with Joy Visa consultancy and are bound by below terms and conditions.

At Joy Visa, we will do our best to provide sufficient guidance and will process your application with the help of our skilled professionals. In order to provide excellent services we have provided comprehensive details i.e. list of documents and guidelines etc on our website, however, due to constant changes in visa legislation by respective country / government, we recommend to visit relevant embassy’s website for latest documentation information. We do our best to represent our client’s application at embassy with an expectation of 100% success rate, however, we can’t be held responsible for any outcome or rejection or refusal of visa application for any reason. We do not guarantee that the information provided by us is the most up-to-date and complete. All the visa relevant information provided is of advisory nature and shall not constitute an undertaking or warranty of any kind and hence we don’t guarantee that visa will be issued. We also can’t guarantee visa duration as it is at the sole discretion of the embassy.

The embassy reserves the right to ask for further documentation and information from applicant and to refuse any visa application. In order to continue with the application, applicant will need to supply further information as advised by the relevant embassy and failure to do so within the given timeline may result in the rejection or refusal of the visa application. In this situation, neither of visa fees (charged by Embassy) nor our service charges will be refunded.

Applicants are advised to submit their application at least prior to 7-8 weeks from the travel/departure date however this visa processing time is just an estimate and for the guidelines purpose only. It can be longer than advised on our website or embassy’s website and there may be delays due to various reasons i.e. Embassy may wish to investigate application details and they may extend processing time as long as they wish to; over which we have no control. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to such delay in the outcome / processing of the visa application.
We reserve right to process / submission of visa application based on our priority and we can’t be held responsible for any such delays in processing. We reserve the right to refuse the processing of the documents for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient processing time and incomplete documentation.

All charges including visa fees must be paid in full as per the available payment options and should be cleared funds in our account. If paid by cheque or by any other negotiable instrument, until those are not in our account as cleared funds, we will not proceed for the application process. Visa fees are subject to constantly changing exchange rates and we may charge additional in line with increased fees from embassy and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicants are required to provide all information truthfully and must provide all authenticated documents. If any false information or fraudulent documents are provided by applicant then we will immediately stop processing application and will be withdrawn immediately from the embassy, if submitted already.

In a situation where embassy finds the use of fraudulent documents or false information provided by the applicant, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the application or any further action taken by the embassy against applicant and we will not refund any (visa fees and our service charges) charges to applicant.

At Joy Visa Consultancy, we try our best to take care of passports and documents during their handling, however, if Joy Visa Consultancy found in the breach of the contract, due to negligence in handling the passport and documents due to which applicant’s passport gets lost or damaged beyond a useable condition, then, Joy Visa Consultancy will assist at its level best in obtaining the replacement of new passport from their home country’s embassy and will only reimburse the amount of embassy’s fees for the replacement of such lost or damaged passport or documents on the presentation of the payment receipt.

We will not pay you any compensation and shall not be responsible and shall not be considered in the breach of contract in any way, if we have to cancel or change your visa processing arrangements in any way or for any delay or failure of any application or loss or damage of any passport or documents because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances can include accident, theft, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial strike at embassy, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural calamities (act of god) and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics & pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport and for the loss or damage to any passport or other document after it has been handed over to the applicant.

We are not responsible for any delays, for loss of or damage to passport, documents, any other material sent as part of the visa application, caused or occurred while they are in the postal transit, or in the possession of, any postal services provider / courier companies / third party including with the respective embassy.

We recommend customers not to book any air travel tickets / hotel reservation / holiday packages until your visa is not issued for your required / anticipated duration (/dates), except where it is a specific requirement as part of the visa application process, and in this case, we advice to book open / refundable tickets.
